    Hang about.
    Pork medallions and... PASTA?

    What fresh cuisine is that?? Wrong textures.

    Those medallions wouldn't have left my kitchen without some crushed and grilled new potatoes, maybe a bit of roast fennel, and DEFINITELY roasted pears with a delicate crack of black pepper.

    I'm not going even to say a word about the salad...
