this is officially the best thread ever.
para's copper bowl tip is a great secret! works like a charm every time.
that le cruset set sounds dope para- i have prolly 12 pieces myself, but the older versions w/ the cast-in handles on the lids (not the black plastic we have now) are the best. the iron was better, IMO.
