thanks madirish .. i am anxious to join this underground cult. :D i did an enormous amount of research before choosing a brand and spent a good amount to save my face from potentially getting blasted off. hoping it pays off.

i've found a recipe for a pressure cooker cheesecake .. will be good for experimentation i imagine.
