this is on my list to buy. along with the dutch oven. i was converted at a dinner recently when the host dished out an amazing cornbread.
i've also recently purchased a pressure cooker .. which i'm slightly intimidated to use based on horror stories i've read. apparently they're terrific for maintaining nutritional value in vegetables.
