I understand the loss of a child. It's tragic no matter what the circumstance. I just dislike her so greatly for failing to understand that by enlisting in the armed forces, you do so under the assumption that your life may be put on the line anytime, anyplace, right reasons or wrong reasons. If you can't commit to that that reality, you shouldn't be in the military.
She can protest the war all she wants, but the way she's done it under the guise of her son's death has been exploitative and wrong from day one.
