There's this little kid who always gets yelled at by her mother next door.
Sometimes it's actually just yelling for a period of time and then everyone's happy again. This happens in my family all the time. I'm sure the neighbours can hear some of us (there's 7 in the house) fighting like crazy, but thankfully none of us are super crazy. I wonder what others think sometimes.
Anyway, I take comfort in knowing that everyone else has their little fights which the nieghbours can hear too. Luckily it hasn't gotten as serious as what you've described.
