I have a family of folks from somewhere in eastern europe living in the flat next to me, I'm 100% certain the dad beats the mum rotten on a regular basis and they are ALWAYS shouting at each other - I worry myself about something bad happening. I think domestic services or whoever is already on the case as a summons of some sort to a domestic violence hearing was accidentally popped through my door a few weeks back, hopefully it'll arrest the escalating trouble.
I've seen this poor woman looking black and blue in the stairway before, it worries me somewhat.
anyway, blah blah, just wanted to get that off me chest...
