    It's something that has to develop overtime. The few companies that symbolizes that to me have went that extra mile in terms of service or did something beyond my expectations.

    They have to level with me and don't bullshit me with corporate policies, refusing to respond to e-mails or having to talk to some twirp on a support line.

    Even though I personally rarely rely on other people's suggestions and tips when it comes to restaurants to visit, cars to buy or airlines to fly with (IMO business' that will benefit having a quality brand)- word of mouth is a great way to spread good vibes.

    Also, I like free stuff. *wink
