Hmmm....it's true. Friends influence a lot. I was generally a follower unless I didn't feel something was right or wasn't into it.
So basically I was just laid-back, not really a follower.
My parents are strict and just made certain subjects not enjoyable. My dislike of some subjects makes sense, actually. My mom is a math genius (and works in schools) and my dad is a chemist.
