Concerned consumers mobilized against A&F when the stupid crappy racist-looking tee shirts came out (I'm still waiting for a similar group of tragically politically correct people to begin picketing the companies that manufacture and sell the extremely racist-looking lil sambo style lawnjockeys that a lot of the homes in my areas still sport ... I know that they bug the shit out of me .... but hey).

A&F pulled the shirts. Fine and good.

Bitching because the models in the A&F catalog are all white people is fine too, but taking them to court? America's overly litigious society rolls onward. Hopefully the suit will be dismissed quickly.

If they wanted to only use male Uzbek models with extremely furry backs and shoulders, it's their business. If people don't want to buy from a brand that uses hirsute male models from an obscure Central Asian nation, then that's fine too.

On something like this, people should be making their views felt through their purchasing practices, not through frivolous lawsuits.
