so, you have 2 machines set up now, plus a local machine. if either will allow you to ssh into them, suck it across (unless you have a really high account, i kind of am betting not).
other than tar balling up the db, or zipping it or whatever, i am thinking pulling it all down locally, then pushing back up to the new environment is the best bet.
