    Here is what you should do.

    Get you pencil and paper out and start DESIGNING the site. Think about how it functions and what elements "fade in" and which is static (HTML). Then explain your reasons to your boss. Amend. Amend. Then once this is done and approved get onto your mac, take a screenshot of a webpage and then build your website pixel for pixel in PhotoShop,

    Once appoved start to build.

    Basically get your design down and appoved so you all know what your going to do then tackle each task when you come up against it.
