i mean it is inevitable if you are doing very good work that at some point someone is going to try to nick your goods. INEVITABLE.
instead of making some public spectacle of the person. don't be a fucking dick, just tell them to take it down or ask for a cut. jesus this shit happens all the fucking time. all holier than thou and shit with your "we need to teach this person a lesson." but by doing this you are merely stooping to their level. grow up.
i've had this happen to me a couple of times and i just had a lawyer friend send them a very polite email or letter or both. you know what? boom. image comes down. no harm no foul no need for humiliation. it should be taken as flattering especially in this case bc the illustration is just average and the t-shirt design is shit. seriously doubt it would sell two shirts.
