hi... i had that meeting with the finical advisor, it went really well, he's doing some research but what i think we are going to do it increase my mortgage on this property to pay off most of my debt, rent this place out so the tenants are effectively paying my mortgage and my debt off, then i move into a smaller place and try to earn more than i spend for a bit... jobsagoodun :)
