hey i think i went to that one too soler!
when i started here they sent all new people on a 3 day course where we got to do loads of stuff that had nothing to do with our actual jobs - the point was to help us understand the bigger picture of what we produce as a company.
we got to operate cameras, vision mix, record sound, present, generate and pitch programme ideas, basically everything that goes into making tv and radio programmes. it was fooking marvelous and i learnt loads!
