23Kon – you can say that about anything and any DJ really. Even graphic design to an extent. Beatmatching's a one dimensional skill. People can get two records going at the same speed, but there;s no development on that, just how quick you can do it.
ableton gives you the opportunity to re-edit stuff as you're playing it, take loops out and craft new tracks and sounds......which is far more creative than just getting two pieces of plastic to go the same speed.
