    Alternative to AE?

    Anyone got a good alternative to Aftereffects? I cant render out on intel Mac, running out of RAM..

    What about Apples final cut studio?

    EXPLAIN ME THIS PLEASE:

    is AE on intel, slower to render than on a mac g4? (I'm running 6.5 on the latest powerbook before they made the intel ones)

    On my machine is slow, but I have been doing projects (very intensive too) with no problems.

    I find it amazing that on a 2 times faster machine, after effects will run slower..

    is this the case?
