Sorry to hear it man. I know I don't post here a whole lot, but just reading what you wrote brought back some pretty shitty memories. I've been there too.
So my advice. End it now. Just end it. Once she has done it and thinks she's gotten away with it - she'll do it again. You sound like a nice guy from the things you post here and I certainly don't want to have anyone go through what I went through - dark days, man. Years of Dark Days.
Once I moved on I met an amazing girl and we just got married in September. Things get better and always know that it is her loss.
