dude.... they want me to start tomorrow or monday.... I can't learn workflow and work really really fast like I can in fireworks by monday...
so me asking what they use especially with having to drive to 2 hours to work everyday...I want to make sure I aint there until midnight
also this is a friend trying to get me in.... and I dont want to make him look bad but he aint answering questions...
I think what I am going to do is just buy a little more ram for my laptop and ask them for a monitor.... I will bring a keyboard mouse and I should be good to go....
its slow but not that slow...
and fireworks is great for workflow with ui etc...dont get me wrong I use pchop for photomanip and more advanced pixel art... etc.... but the way I design its just really simple..and yes I know how to export to psds and then name the layers etc.....
seriously.... fireworks is dope...there has to be some sort of toot vid online you can look at .....
I am really afraid they are gonna kill it....but look at it this way.... indesign is supposed to be the quark killer and that focker is still around...
and at my last jobs they bought me the software I worked best with ....
ed..... its like saying....ken go design a bag.... its not my forte.... even though I know how to use illustrator...its not my skillset... and using something more difficult because it is mainstream is just weird to me....
