I don't know what it was but the 5th time i quit and restarted it stopped. I really have no idea what that was all about.
@ Gucci, thanks for the suggestions... and just in case you were curious it was the cursor that you get when you don't have permissions to move something. Maybe something to do with the network server? I don;t know, but thanks for the help
