I need to read more, but it still isnt clear to me.. Does it apply only to a corporate website, or to all websites produced by the company?
For example our website mentions our company name in the copyright statement on the About Us page, but I doubt its required, as the website is a product of our company, not a corporate website. Similarly our business cards dont even mention our company name, as they are for our publication (site) not for the company behind the publication.
Need to read more, but as with most of these things, I suspect people react before really digging into the details...
