Whatever, I'm heartless as it is.
However, asking if they should kill it, that seems to be the most compassionate thing.
Now ... it ... of ... all ... course ... is based on how they go about talking about it.
If they are like Beavis & Butthead steez, then fuck them.
If they are actually saying this because the dog is all fucked up and is in terrible pain anyway then more power to them.
Maybe they weren't torturing the dog by throwing rocks around it ... maybe they were seeing if it was still alive.
