You can test certain things... They have a new video studio system though. You upload a high bitrate flv and it will chop it up into different videos for different bandwidths. That needs to be tested on their slow assed buggy assed system.
And anything like expandables, floating ads, polite loaders all needs to be tested online.
If the system worked it would be fine, but you could find yourself unable to preview an ad for 2 days with no explanation.
