  I hate them, personally. I also dislike Microsoft. The trouble is, love 'em (HTML emails) or not who gave Microsoft the autonomy to complete f**k the whole thing up making our jobs harder?
  Oh...turns out 'we' (the royal 'we'/consumer) did. Blame the PC users.
