ok, I think you were referring to creating an RSS Feed, which should end in .xml and include links to all of the media types that you want to link to. Apps and sites like iTunes and PodCast.net accept that RSS Feed URL.
You need to host those files. There is a good tool here: http://www.industrialaudiosoftwa…
it looks shitty, but trust me, it's one of the easiest and best to use. It tags your files correctly for iTunes.
