the maldives are lovely though Went there as a kid - got wrapped up in a hammock, terribly sunburned, hurt my foot on coral and learned how to scare the shit out of my Dad by disappearing into the sea then screaming "aaargh! shark! shark!" and annoy him by putting hermit crabs in his hair when he was sleeping.
Such a lovely child.
