why does it take so long to load?
i like orange sites - nice one.

your main logo -
the shadows! the shadows!
on the people - where are they all heading?
under the banners - where are they?i think you could do more with the 'colour-bubbles' - the connection between the free-floating one and the ones emanating from the guy's arm isn't strong.
the super-large angled UK mainland outline and flags feel awkward.
but i like it - i dig the people standing in awe - just play with it a bit more.
