The idea of streamlined "sound-byte" thought is what intrigued me.
It seems to relate well to design and the challenge of communicating a complex "message" very clearly and with the fewest elements possible.
David Byrne's exploration into what the experience of the "great unwashed" is in terms of how they communicate and present ideas in a similar way to the way that we as designers do is of some value if only for reflection.
