I dislike them, I wouldn't be with a girl who had them, and if a girl I was with wanted them and got them, I would leave her.
The lack of self-confidence that comes with wanting to get breast implants is a huge turn-off and IMO spells disaster.
Nipple Enlargement, however, now that's something worth spending some coin on.
