i dont know about that aprticular car but if its been looked after you want to see LOTS of receipts and a good history to it. have a look and compare how much other similar cars are going for and feel for how desperate the guy is to sell it, maybe even go to yr local classic car place and ask there.
if its very cheap (which it seems to me) be wary
