oh man.
there is a 1972 280 SEL 4.5 in *perfect* condition (never seen light of a single winter day) located about 200m from where i sit right now. it has 3 rare options:
- the 4.5L
- electric sunroof
- A/Cthe thing is SICK and we considered buying it for a little while. it has something like 38k original miles on it. one owner. so awesome.
i would say though, look for undercarriage rust on those- they are not galvanized and the fender wells along w/ rear panels could be soft, depending on where it is from.
