I'd skip Olympus right away, it is noisy, has expensive and not very popular lenses and a bunch of other issues. Looks bad too ;)
Replace it on the list with a Pentax K100D (or K110D if you don't care for optical stabilizer and region of $420 body only sounds tempting).
