    Actually, funny story. I know this French-American guy who's grandfather died on the shores of Normandy (ironic), fighting Nazis. He's now a chef, and went back to study French cuisine in the Normandy area. He owns this joint: http://www.lepommier.com/

    I go there every so often with my sister and/or friends. The fish dishes and a few others are supposed to be some concoction of English and French style. "It's all in the roux", he says. Ha!

    Must be similar there, saw so many French surnames on that show.
