The Boston Digitas office is pretty cool. I have no regrets and few frustrations. Good people, decent accounts, and the salary & benefits are probably the best in Boston. I needed the atmosphere of a smaller shop with more creative culture so I’m heading to an agency called ALMIGHTY™
