it is. i was just there, working on a project for about 10 days. nationalist from israel cannot enter. period. its a weird place, kinda like vegas for arabs. lots of jobs if you're a construction worker or a prostitute. lots of design work there too from what i saw. most places ask for a year of rent in advanced or 6 months. the cost of living is not that great, actually more expensive than most paces here in US. kinda like living in NY. then your landlord can double the rent if they feel like it, which i hear happens alot. so, beware....
