k0na, misses k0na and the rest of the fit crew...
What about maybe having different level sections on the site? You guys definitely seem like pros at this, but I'm on the beginners end. Maybe we have a beginner, intermediate, and expert level, where each would include different types of meal plans, different types of workouts, etc.
I just don't see myself preparing a hearty breakfast or 6 meals a day (although I do know I should...) but in time I might gradually build up to that.
Thoughts?
