I think it would be cool to see workouts requiring no equipment.

(Jan 4 07, 08:36)Pilates requires no weights. The whole philosophy is kind of acting like you are lifting weights by contracting your muscles and slowly doing some movement in a certain way, and other times being lose and and moving faster to burn I guess.
