    Could we include a workout for those of us that don't belong to a gym?

    I might post this later to thefitclub. For now...

    What you'll need to buy: (It will help)
    Resistance bands
    1 small - medium sized medicine ball
    1 medium sized exercise ball
    5lb dumbbells

    Stick with core exercises.

    with the resistance band do a standing chest press for 24 reps.

    then go straight into pushups. put one hand on the floor, the other on the medicine ball. this will give you an uneven surface. do 5, switch hands with the ball, do another 5. repeat if you can.

    when you switch hands don't get out of the pushup position. roll the ball over to your other hand, shift weight and get into position.

    then go straight into a wide stance squat while holding the 5lb dumbbell in your right hand. kinda like this but hold it between your legs.

    when you squat down the weight will touch the floor, when you squat back up raise the dumbell straight in front of you over your head. do 15. then switch arms and do the same thing.

    this will be for the most part a good starting routine.

    you can search online for a bunch of exercises you can do with the above items.
