    rafalski, that diet thing I tried with not mixing my carbs and proteins together has worked well for me. I recommend you try it just for 2 weeks and maybe you'll see a big difference; but like I said near the end of that post, I was feeling really sluggish and bloated after eating even certain small to medium size meals (yes, even "healthy" ones) and I tried this and it damn near eliminated that awful digestive track feeling and actually helps me to maintain my energy levels a little better.

    In the end, to each their own. Even if you have the same destination as everyone else, chance are we'll all take a different route and we'll all have a slightly different reason for being there.

    Give it a shot... it definitely won't hurt. If you see no difference, try something else.
