Does it have to be? I'm not so good at swallowing larger caplets, which is one of the main reasons I stick to a small coated One-A-Day. Do you know of a good multi-V that is really small in size? Also what's the difference between a One-A-Day and one of the mens multi-V's your recommending?
As for my exercising, I've been out of the loop for a while so I'm working my way back in. At the moment, I do a 5-10 minute warm up on the Precor, then 20-30 on the stationary bike. I finish off with a circuit of weight machines (I am in no form to actually use free weights yet...and Fabio goes to my gym! VERY INTIMIDATING!) Is what I'm doing good? Maybe not great, but am I on the right track?
