    So what's your take on multi-vitamins, kOna?

    I'm taking the Mega Men multivitamin from GNC. I did a little vitamin research beforehand and it seemed to be the best that I could find, no overload of anything that can cause problems down the road or anything.

    That one is pretty good. I've taken that before. I thought it was a bit pricey though. If it's not that is a good one to take.
