Any recs for a work out newbie?
My muscle is lacking and I'm working on the beergut, but I'm on day 5 of going to the gym...nothing too strenuous yet, just getting back into the routine.
I take a One-A-Day in the morning...is that enough? Should I take 2 a day? Should I get something else?
Pretty much looking for the quickest way to lose some fat and gain some muscle.
Any advice?
