    Hot dogs.

    haha. Try...

    (Normal serving sizes)

    6am
    3 egg whites
    2 slices wheat toast
    small apple

    9am
    protein shake

    12pm
    chicken breast
    1/2 cup wheat pasta
    1 cup steamed veggie

    3pm
    6oz Tuna
    1/2 cup whole wheat rice

    7pm
    Chicken breast
    Medium sized salad
    Dressing
    1 cup steamed veggie

    9pm
    Turkey sammich
    Small Apple

    When doing the above you can substitute pretty much any protein with any protein. Like a lean steak instead of chicken. Or fish instead of Chicken. For the Pasta or wheat toast (any good carb above) you can also substitute in another good carb. Brown rice. Whatever.

    In the morning if you don't want toast, do a half cup Oatmeal.

    When I"m lazy I just toss a cup of oatmeal into the egg whites I'm cooking. I'm not picky.

    That's a good start I guess.
