Right here. It's been about 6-7 months since I've been able to exercise (I was 3-4 years as a Div1 NCAA Athlete in College + 3-4 years before that in High School - all rowing). I'm starting up actually as soon as I get a refill on my inhaler (Exercise induced Asthma). Going to be doing 3 days to start with - all before work at the Philadelphia Sports Club nearby my work (get a discount from work).

Once I get going in a month or so it very well may be an every morning thing during the work week.

But planning on: 10 mins of jogging + 45 mins of rowing on the Machines (as it's really the only way I know how to exercise - as I've been doing it for 8 years haha) on Mondays and Fridays. Body Circuit on Wednesday.

Once I get into it in a month or so I'll be doing the Jogging/Rowing Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with the body circuit on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I'm not fat at all (155-160lbs, 6' tall) but I'm getting out of shape more and more, and I want to get back to the shape that I was in before my senior year of college (152lbs, 6.7% body fat).

So in short - count me in ;)

Also, regarding the whole "dieting" or "diet tips" thing...unless you are going to change your life style and habits in order to incorporate your new diet, it's more or less a pointless exercise. When I was training the summer before-last, we had a U Penn Nutritionist in talking about ways to eat, ways to train, and different ways of dieting while still keeping competative (we were in the Lightweight category - no one over 160lbs with a boat average of 155lbs). 1 of the things he mentioned for us was an athlete modified "Atkins" where you "live low and train high" with carbs. For the large majority of the day keep a low/lower carb intake. An hour before and after your workouts is your window of consumption for high amounts of carbs that is used for the energy of when you work out. It was also said to eat a lot of Protein - which was great because that's usually what I ate anyway haha - amongst other things.

Just some things to think about. Unless you're going to be completely changing around how you live, work, and play in reference to dieting, it won't do much good for you - the MOST IMPORTANT THING to keep in mind is eating sensibly and not stuffing your face every time you can.
