I dropped from 307 to 247 in about year. Lift/cardio 3 days a week, jujitsu 4 days a week and watching diet.
Lately I have plateaued, and it takes about a month to take off about 2-5lbs. But I also battle bad habits, drinking and cheeseburgers, especially around the holidays.
