Rotten Shark.
The take the shark meat, dig a hole in the ground and put it there for 3 months, then they dig it up again and eat it.
I'm still puzzled how the figured that out. Them vikings must have been hungry as hell.
As for whale meat, it's only good as sushi, the steaks taste like a regular steak, except you get the felling the cow have been fed fish it's hole life
