make sure you indicate in your spec that edges should "taper down" ...when working with metal or hardware development its always a must to remember the consumer and that metal can easily cut thru flesh or hurt someone if the edges are sharp or have corners, round all corners and edges should taper down.
also make sure that if you have any other elements on the face of the buckle to indicate for the maker to advise and also adjust the spec to make sure that the pieces are screwed into face from back.
