im looking around the office for the info and i cant actually find it now...
also as i have said above mold charges can get very expensive and most metal hardware manufacturers do not just make samples withoput having a guarantee with an order to make the samples as they have been burnt with many design vendors just looking to make samples and not looking for production.
its just a pre-caution.
make sure you also get in writing all the charges for all costs with FOB [freight on board] charges as well.
ill try to find the manufacturers addresses and contact info at home.
