think this is gonna be my first christmas in the states in about 10+ years. i really miss the german christmas markets, where everyone meets up to drink glühwein and be merry out in the cold. something here doesn't feel right, everyone's just harried and running around in a blind commercial mania, never stopping to sniff the wreaths, spike the eggnog, or just sit for a while, quietly, not saying anything.
