Crazy drive started getting scary just ater the tunnel - near whiteout. I have never seen so much carnage on the roads - or unplowed snow for that matter. And I had to abandon my car in teh alley outside infornt of a 4 ft snowdrift.

i have helped pull out prolly 5 cars on Eisenhower w/ my avant over the years. one time, i was also the "lead dog" going up the grade west. i swear, it was just like that car commercial where the car is leading the plow and shit.
I think the tallest drifts i have ever driven through was on Hwy 40 from RMNP to Steamboat w/ like 3ft sections. the S6 just plowed it.
God, i love Audi. ;)
